Return window
Unused products in original, resalable packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items showing installation wear, damage, missing parts, or heavy use may be refused.
Starting a return
Email support@arsalaprimellc.com with your order number, product SKU, reason for return, and photos when relevant. We will reply with return instructions if the item is eligible.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and card providers may take 5-10 business days to post the credit.
Non-refundable costs
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, return shipping, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or wrong item
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve the issue.
