Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. Orders placed after business hours begin processing the next business day.

Arsala Prime LLC primarily serves customers in the United States. Delivery options, carrier availability, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email when the carrier receives the package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the first scan.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us quickly if an address needs correction before fulfillment.
Lost or delayed packages
Carrier delays can occur because of weather, holidays, or service disruptions. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact support so we can review the shipment.
